The Mission:

PBS was and still is one of the best in-house jobs I ever held! My role as an on staff creative gave me the confidence and wherewithal to try and do anything. My newfound attitude opened a creative door I never knew existed. After receiving back-to-back BDA awards I was unstoppable!

Results:

Mission Log: TV Guide / PowerPlays campaign. Outcome: first BDA award secured. Note: subsequent operations yielded additional victories.

One of my proudest PBS assignments was designing the A&P Award invite. Having just secured consecutive BDA awards, it was surreal to craft the very invitation that would challenge other creatives to step into competition. A mission that truly came full circle.

Hoop Dreams was more than a project — it was a mission that hit home. Collaborating with the cast and crew was unforgettable, but as a onetime street baller from Pittsburgh with league aspirations of my own, the story cut close. This assignment wasn’t just professional — it was personal.
